You never knew what happened to me after you.

How is Canadian culture different form that of my country

Before I came to Canada, some people told me about some unique aspects of this country. But only after I came here and experienced them by myself, I understood what Canadian culture means.

I was born and lived in a homogeneous society and I did not use to see around me people from all over the world. Now it is incredible to see them everyday wearing their typical national clothes. I think every language in the world is spoken here. It is amazing how immigrants are part of Canadian culture.

Another difference is that most Canadians do not often kiss or hug when greeting friends. Back home people treat you like a very close friend, even if they see you for the very first time. However, they fight easily for nothing.

Canadians love peace and prefer to argue rather than to fight physically. Peace and tolerance are part of Canadian culture.

Advice

The best advice that I can give to someone is:

“Don’t follow any advice.”

Maybe it’s funny but people have to understand

That each personal history is different.

Each one of us have to find their own way

To be succesful in Canada. Even a good

Advice from someone could be a total

Disaster if the condition hadn't changed.

I am convinced that there are no magical

Secrets in life but the magic start when

People follow their own ways.
